You’ve selected a brand-new air conditioning system and you are ready to start the installation. So, what should you expect at the installation appointment?
First, there are a couple things you can do ahead of time to assist with the installation process. Make sure the area where the air conditioning system will be located is clear. This includes an open path so the installers don’t experience obstacles when moving the equipment to the final spot. This includes clearing the yard of any tools, toys, sticks and leaves.
If you have pets, make sure they are in a kennel, crate or put in a separate area to be sure it’s a safe environment for the technician and your pet.
One benefit of collaborating with Fire & Ice HVAC on your air conditioning installation is that our experts will take the time to walk you through your new system. You can ask as many questions as you want while our technician installs your system. We understand how great of an investment this is and how critical the air conditioner is to your home comfort. Once the system is installed, the technician will implement testing to make sure it’s operating correctly. We’ll highlight all the features of your new system and include recommendations on how to achieve the optimum efficiency.
While the technician will highlight the features, we recommend that you take the time to review the owner’s manual to become more familiar with your heating and cooling system. And store your manual in a safe place for future reference.
We’re always here for you, whether you have questions about your air conditioner after the installation or you simply need to schedule routine maintenance to make sure it continues to run properly–you can count on us.
